2. Data we collect

First and last name, corporate email, company URL, contact phone number, stated job title, as well as any notes or business context you voluntarily share. We also record technical browsing data for analytics purposes.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data to coordinate business meetings, respond to requests, deliver downloaded resources, prepare proposals and send communications related to RevOps, CRM, data and artificial intelligence. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the express consent you give when completing each form, and on the legitimate interest in maintaining the established business relationship.

5. Processors and transfers

Data may be stored on business management and communication platforms contracted by Awtana, such as HubSpot and email and video conferencing providers, always under data processing agreements and equivalent security standards.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purpose and, afterwards, for the applicable legal period. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, objection or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@awtana.com. We respond to requests within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, including access control, encryption in transit and audit logs.
